Staff Responsibilities

All staff members play a crucial role in preventing unlawful discrimination. Responsibilities include:

Complying with the policy and arrangements.
Avoiding discrimination in daily activities and refraining from inducing others to discriminate.
Not victimizing, harassing, or intimidating colleagues with protected characteristics.
Reporting any discriminatory practices to their manager.

Third-Party Harassment

Contract Abseiling does not tolerate harassment by third parties such as clients or customers. Staff who experience such harassment should immediately inform their manager, and the company will take action to prevent its recurrence.
